Our process
Every project follows the same six steps, adapted to the type of work. You always know what is happening, what comes next and what you will receive.
Six steps
Step 01
We learn about your goals, users, current tools, data and constraints, and agree what success looks like.
Step 02
We recommend an approach, outline architecture or creative direction, and define scope and milestones.
Step 03
Wireframes, interactive Figma prototypes, storyboards or AI proofs of concept validate the approach early.
Step 04
We build in iterations with regular demos, a staging environment and integrations with your systems.
Step 05
Functional, responsive, accessibility and security checks — plus output quality testing for AI features.
Step 06
Deployment, documentation, training and handover, with optional maintenance and improvements.
Adapted to the work
Discovery focuses on users and journeys. Prototyping becomes wireframes and interactive Figma prototypes; development becomes a design system and developer handoff.
Planning produces a creative brief and script. Prototyping becomes storyboards and style frames; development becomes production, editing and agreed revision rounds.
We add an early feasibility check, an evaluation set to measure output quality, and clear rules for human review and data handling.
Working together
The clearer the starting point, the faster we can give you useful options.
FAQ
Can’t find what you are looking for? Ask us directly — we reply by email.
After discovery we propose a scope with phases. Estimates depend on the work involved, so we provide them in writing for your specific project rather than publishing fixed prices.
We share progress at agreed milestones — typically through demos, staging links, prototypes or draft videos — so you can give feedback early.
You receive documentation and handover. Ongoing maintenance, improvements and support can be arranged separately.
